Beta website privacy notice
TruCredits.ai, Inc. operates this website. This notice explains the information handled by our marketing website and beta application process. It does not describe processing within the TruCredits product.
Information you provide
When you apply, we collect your name, email address, company or project name, company size, and optional MCP server URL. We record the submission time and application review status. Please do not submit passwords, API keys, access tokens, or confidential customer data.
How we use it
We use application information to review beta fit, manage access decisions, and contact you about the beta. Applying does not create a product account or automatically grant access. The website preview is illustrative; entering a URL does not cause this website to connect to or analyze your MCP server.
Website operation and measurement
We count preview openings, transitions to signup, and saved or repeated applications in daily totals. These measurement records do not contain names, emails, MCP URLs, or visitor identifiers. To limit automated abuse, the application creates temporary, salted hashes from request IP addresses; rate-limit records expire after two hours; database cleanup normally removes expired records within a few days. Hosting providers may separately process IP addresses, request information, and security logs to operate the service.
Optional Google Analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics,” we use Google Analytics cookies to measure page visits and interactions such as preview openings and beta form submissions. Google processes browser, device, session, and usage information. Our custom events do not include your name, email, or MCP server URL, and we remove query strings from the page addresses we send. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. You can decline or withdraw your choice using “Analytics preferences” on public pages. Declining does not prevent you from using the website or applying for the beta. See Google’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
Who can access the information
Authorized TruCredits reviewers can view applications, record decisions, and export records. We use Amazon Web Services for hosting, application storage, and administrator authentication. An email delivery provider will process recipient addresses and message content when acknowledgment and notification emails are enabled. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service.
Retention and your requests
We retain applications while evaluating and managing the beta relationship. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your application information. We may retain limited records where needed for security or legal obligations.
